FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO ORDER CATERING ?
We like to have orders at least 48 hrs in advance, if the turnaround time is quicker, let us know and we will see what we can do!
2. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY ?
We offer delivery within a 5 mile radius for a $30 charge (dependent on driver availability) for orders of 30 ppl & above or $500 minimum spend.
3. CAN WE ORDER OTHER ITEMS OFF THE MENU?
We can definitely accommodate most items on the menu, just ask! They would all be served family style and not in individual containers.
4. IN WHAT TYPE OF CONTAINERS OR STYLE DOES THE FOOD COME?
We serve all our catering items in family style containers. Hot items will come in aluminum foil trays (ready to be set on chafing dishes to keep warm or put in the oven to reheat) and cold items come in compostable containers.
5. WHEN SHOULD WE PICK UP THE FOOD FOR OUR EVENT?
We recommend picking up the food 30 min prior to serve time, if possible.
6. DO YOU SUPPLY ANYTHING BESIDES THE FOOD?
We can supply compostable napkins, forks, and knives if requested but we do NOT supply plates, cups or anything else for takeout/pickup/delivery catering. For onsite catering, we can supply additional rental items such as chafing dishes, cutlery, and Mexican napkins for an additional charge.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP THE FOOD WARM?
We recommend grabbing the food right before serve time. If this is not possible, we recommend either a disposable or long term chafing dish set with sternos (heat) that can be ordered here:
